Research retail accounts are available to qualified laboratory researchers and authorized research representatives age 21 or older. Materials are solely for lawful laboratory research, not human or animal administration, personal use, or treatment.
How do I create a retail account?
Provide your name, email, and password, and confirm age 21+ and the research-use terms. Retail access is active immediately after signup. No research introduction or business application is required for retail.
How do B2B and wholesale accounts work?
Provide your legal company name, company structure, state of formation, EIN, business address, phone number, and company website or social media page. A NOVA team member must review and approve your business application before business pricing becomes available. Retail access remains active while business review is pending or if business access is declined.
What is the wholesale minimum?
Wholesale orders require at least 50 vials of each product and size. Different products or sizes cannot be combined to meet the minimum. Retail quantities are unchanged; wholesale prices do not combine with retail pack discounts.
Are online orders currently open?
Online ordering is open for active research accounts and materials cleared for fulfillment. Sign in before adding items to your cart.
How do retail pack prices work?
Retail quantity pricing applies to the same product and size: 3–5 units use the 3-pack unit price, 6–9 use the 6-pack unit price, and 10 or more use the 10-pack unit price. Listed pack totals are in USD. Wholesale prices and additional promotional discounts do not combine with retail pack pricing.
Can I use guest checkout?
Create or sign in to your research account to order. Age and research-use acknowledgments are required for each order.
How often do I confirm my age?
The entry acknowledgment lasts for your current visit, including internal navigation and refreshes, and resets after leaving the site. Signup and each order also record age and research-use acceptance.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Available shipping services and charges are shown before you confirm your order. Processing and delivery depend on stock, destination, and the selected service.
Are these products for human or animal use?
No. NOVA materials are supplied only for lawful laboratory research. Provider or business account approval does not authorize clinical, therapeutic, personal, or human or animal use.
What if an order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Contact NOVA promptly with your order reference and photos of the products, packaging, and shipping label. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed under the Refund and Returns Policy.
