Research-Use-Only Products

Products sold by NOVA Wellness Labs USA are offered strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Products are not for human consumption, not for animal consumption, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Returns

Because research-use-only products may require controlled handling and chain-of-custody awareness, returns may be limited or unavailable once an order has shipped or has been delivered.

Damaged Orders

If an order arrives damaged, contact NOVA Wellness Labs USA promptly. We may request photos of the package, product, label, packing materials, and visible damage before evaluating a replacement, refund, or carrier claim.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If an item is missing or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the package contents. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refund Review
